Senator Wicker is accepting requests for the FY 2027 Appropriations Cycle. The deadline to submit requests for consideration will be 6pm on Friday, March 27, 2026.
The Senate Committee on Appropriations has not released general guidance for FY 2027 Appropriations Requests. However, the FY 2026 guidance is available here. We will provide a link to the FY 2027 guidance when it is available. Please note that for FY 2026, the Senate Committee on Appropriations established a limit to the number of Congressionally Directed Spending (CDS) Requests that an office may submit. We expect the Committee to similarly establish limits for FY 2027. The guidance outlines the eligible Agencies and Accounts for which Senators may submit requests. Please note that Congressionally Directed Spending (CDS) requests will not accepted by the Appropriations Committee for the subcommittees on defense; state and foreign operations; and legislative branch.
Below are the forms to use to submit FY 2027 Appropriations Requests to Senator Wicker’s office. Please note there is a unique form for a Congressionally Directed Spending (CDS) request or a programmatic/bill text request for each subcommittee. If you have multiple requests, please fill out the appropriate form for each individual request.
The deadline to submit FY 2027 Appropriations Requests to our office for consideration will be 6pm on Friday, March 27, 2026.
As a reminder, an appropriations bill must be signed into law in order for any Congressionally Directed Spending (CDS) requests to be funded.
