WASHINGTON -- U.S. Senator Roger Wicker, R-Miss., today joined Steve Gill on SuperTalk Mississippi to discuss his efforts to amend the immigration reform bill in order to strengthen the border security provisions. Wicker also discussed his support of Senator John Cornyn's, R-Texas, "RESULTS" Amendment.

The RESULTS amendment would require the federal government to certify that the southern border is fully secure before allowing illegal immigrants the ability to be granted green cards under S. 744.
